Hiermit werden die Transaktionskosten für Investoren gesenkt. Zusätzlich etablieren institutionelle Investoren hohe Informationsstandards und Transparenz, insbesondere bezüglich des finanziellen Status von Unternehmen. Darüber hinaus schaffen sie Anreize für Innovationen in der Entwicklung neuer Instrumente und beim Eintritt von Marktteilnehmern.
