As I read this book in English (I'm from Holland), it's reading experience came very close to Catcher in the rye. The combination of humor with sincere teenage angst is very sincere. One of the greater books I read this year (I read around 14 a year, choosen "wisely"). An easy read yet lingering for months. 4 stars because it's close to Salinger's novel.
