Zahru möchte doch bloß Zuschauerin bei den königlichen Wettkämpfen sein! Jedoch platzt ihr Trick und sie wird zu den Kandidaten geschickt. Der Prinz ist zunächst nicht interessiert, als aber sein ungeliebter Bruder von der falschen Lia begeistert ist, erwählt er natürlich sie, um ihn auf seiner gefährlichen Reise zu begleiten.
Natalie Mae hat eine spannende Ausgangssituation gestaltet. Man fürchtet um Zahru, zumal viele tödliche Gefahren auf sie lauern.
Entstanden ist eine überaus spannende Geschichte mit vielen Twists und fantasievollen Begebenheiten. Die Helden überraschen mit unerwarteten Handlungen, ihre Charaktere werden deutlich beschrieben. Liest sich wahnsinnig gut, man fliegt durch die Seiten. Es wird hoffentlich bald eine Fortsetzung geben, auf die Heldin scheinen noch viele Abenteuer zu warten.
