YA Urban Fantasy with korean folklore
I read Wicked Fox right after Gods & Comics, also by Kat Cho. She catched me with korean mythology, so I was excited to get into her books about korean folklore as well. I was not disappointed as I got an interesting story with deep characters and a bunch of plottwists I didn't see coming. We got a YA urban fantasy novel which feels a bit like a K-Drama set in modern Seoul. Also, it was really refreshing to get a novel with a romance storyline and without any spice. It works so well and makes the relationship feel so much healthier (even if it technically isn't because she could kill him any second). Now, I am excited to start reading Vicous Spirits and see how the story continues. -
