Amazingly beautiful, atmospheric, tragic, and, most of all: an absolute page-turner! This eco-thriller reminded me a little bit of the second part of the area x trilogy, but with way more action/pace and less horror elements. This story is going to haunt me for a long time, I think. One of my personal highlights is the main character, a strong, tall woman full of rage who is not afraid to beat someone up when they threaten her. This book manages to be surprisingly fun while still being pretty dark and very moving. English is not my mother-tongue and I think it’s not the easiest read in a foreign language but definitely worth the vocab googling! :D
