I love Crescent City even more than ACOTAR. This book gave me so much joy with its lively characters and development. I hope there's another book to come. The ending is kind of a conclusion but I think there's potential for a sequel.

Bryce Familie ist in Gefahr und sie ist ebenfalls in Gefahr. Teil drei der Geschichte und das Finale für Bryce und Hunt. Wie cool ich es fand, dass wir Rhys und allen aus a court of... begegnen konnten (ich hatte es mir nur etwas anders vorgestellt). Die finalen Charakterentwicklungen haben mir unheimlich gut gefallen. Vor allem das zusammenwachsen der drei gefangene boys die Bryce noch die Flucht ermöglicht haben. Die family vibes sind großartig, die Kämpfe spannend. Das anecken, zusammenraufen und vor allem alles was aufgedeckt wurde. Jede Connection jede Emotion. Alles hat mega gut gepasst auch dass Hunt und Bryce nicht Friede Freude Eierkuchen sind sondern auch nochmal Hürden überwinden müssen war richtig gut. Das Ende war absolut spannend das Finale aus allen sich bietenden sichten. Ich habs geliebt habe mitgefiebert und kanns nur empfehlen.

I really enjoyed this book, Yes i expected something completely different and was a little dissapointed at first, but i let go of that and enjoyed the book still. Lydia and Ruhn carried it all, the drama and plot was great and the nostalgy with the other characters form a certain book series was amazing. The first book is by far still the best one, tho this one is still a five star read to me.

I really enjoyed this book, Yes i expected something completely different and was a little dissapointed at first, but i let go of that and enjoyed the book still. Not the book I wanted it to be.

After the massive cliffhanger of the last book, I had very high expectations for this one, but found myself somewhat unsatisfied upon finishing the story. Too many POV-switches where the built-up tension got lost very quickly, sadly didn't make me want to grip the book as tight as the first one. I liked the expansion of SJM's book universe a lot, but even that could not sweep me away completely.
