    Buch (Taschenbuch)

    necessary and long overdue

This book is so short and so weird. And the more I think about it the more I admire it. Disability, sex, erotica, self-determination, ableism – to name only a few of the topics this book isn’t afraid to address. Absolutely necessary and long overdue. Let this woman cook. I’m certain she has a lot more to say and we better listen.

    Buch (Taschenbuch)

I judged this book by the cover and didnt regret it

Shaka got robbed being a normal Human being by her disabillity ans as much as she wants she cant even hold a Book. She posts weird things to get them out of her head. Its short so i dont want to spoil the end here. The writing style is kinda confusing inbetween and the main reason while i was reading it was indeed the cover. i mean look at it

    Buch (Taschenbuch)

A Challenging Book that is Difficult to Review

This book is short and sweet and deals with the lack of sexual agency that people with disabilities are granted! I liked the style of narration; this book is definitely one of a kind and reminded me to read more books by authors with disabilities!!

    Buch (Taschenbuch)

    short but good

Hunchback is short but good. The author doesn't waste any time and dives right into the story. Told from the perspective of Shaka Izawa, born with a congenital muscle disorder, it's brutally honest and unapologetic. It offers a new (much-needed) perspective, not hesitating to call out ableist ways of thinking. A thought-provoking book best read in one sitting.
