Das Buch handelt eigentlich über die zwei Hauptcharaktere Fielder und Ricky, allerdings behandelt es auch Konzepte die weit über die beiden Hinausgehen, vor allem wenn es darum geht in der heutigen Zeit queer zu sein und was das für Beziehungen innerhalb der Gemeinschaft bedeutet.
Ich kann mich froh schätzen eine Familie wie Fielder Lemon zu haben und das Buch trifft einen ziemlich ins Herz wenn es die Beweggründe von Rickys Entscheidungen erläutert.
Im Großen und Ganzen eine Defintivie Leseempfehlung.
Geschrieben mit Herz, Flair und eine wirklich unerwartete Menge an Referenzen die mich alle paar Seiten entweder zum Grinsen oder Lachen brachten.
Ich seh das Buch als meinen Komfort Read.
