ENGLISH DESCRIPTION New anthology of Alfonsina Storni's prose and poetry. One of the greatest writers of Spanish-American modernism. Edited by Luna Miguel.Structured on the axis of love, philosophy, and death, this new anthology of Alfonsina Storni's work highlights the vast tonal and intellectual variety of one of the most important figures in Spanish-American poetry of the first half of the twentieth century. Her most famous poems find their counterpart in her least known prose works, and from this whole rises the power of a voice that englobes both protest as a celebration of nature and the vindication of equality. With an introduction written from a current perspective, this anthology pays homage to Storni's work and hopes to bring it to new audiences.
