Short, sweet, and easy to follow -> perfect for beginner fantasy fans.
Vampires, dragons, and an academy setting make for a fun combo, though the plot is pretty predictable (especially the ending). I wasn’t shocked, but I still enjoyed the characters and storyline. A breezy, enjoyable read if you like your fantasy straightforward and fun. -

I really liked this book. The world building is thought through und interesting. The whole atmosphere is pulling you in and the characters are well written. A great first installment of the series.
