Us Deadly Few

Yet again I loved this book! Khalani and her new found family are trying to get to Hermes, the next underground city, but the surface isn´t safe and abandoned at all... While fighting a way through, Takeshi protects Khalani at all costs. With a few twists it seems like they escaped one prison just to get their freedom stripped away from them again. The plot is definitely interesting and nicely written. I liked the character development and I totally loved Takeshi in this book even more than in the first one! After starting this book there is not really stopping it before you finish- I just couldn´t stop reading. Even though I really loved it, the ending was a bit disappointing for me- one the one hand, because I saw it coming and on the other, because I read this kind of twist in some other books before. But nevertheless I will definitely read the next and last book to see what Alexis Patton does with this great story and where it will come to an end!
