Girls of Paper and Fire

I went into this book without knowing much about the plot, and I think that made the experience even better. I don’t want to give too much away, but I was really happy to see an LGBTQ+ dynamic in the story, especially because I had never read anything like that before. The book also helped me with certain topics that I don’t want to spoil here. What I can say is that it gives you the feeling that you’re not alone in what you’re going through, and that there is still a life afterwards. There are also a lot of detailed descriptions of clothing, places, and surroundings throughout the book. I can imagine that this might not be for everyone, but personally, I really enjoyed it because it helped me picture the characters and the setting much more clearly.

Wer tiefgehende Charaktere und starke, mutige Heldinnen mag : this book is for you!

This book has everything I want from a queer fantasy novel
