It helps us see that fantasy can let us escape from the world but also help finding yourself.

Jennifer wird bei ihrer Arbeit von ihrem Freund verlassen. Das bekommt auch noch Scott, ihr work enemy, mit. Also entscheidet sie sich zu einer einwöchigen immersiven Experience ihrer Lieblingsfantasy-Reihe zu fahren. Leider ist Scott auch da. Die beiden kommen sich ungewollt näher. Das Buch hat Fandom und die Liebe zu solchen Welten so perfekt dargestellt. Die Romance zwischen Jennifer und Scott war gut gemacht, aber Scott war mir so unsympathisch am Anfang. Seine ganze Haltung gegenüber Romantikern hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich sehr lange gebraucht habe, um für ihn zu rooten.
