How can the social and sociology support the good life? This book investigates what happens if sociology not only analyzes the conditions of human life, but also develops therapeutic practices to help people understand and change their lives in relation to the social world in which they are embedded. The book is a critique of the dominance of psychology, psychotherapy, and psychiatry in caring for contemporary human beings. In this book, Aristotelian Balance Theory is applied in a therapeutic context, building on the theory presented in The Mediocre Society and Aristotelian Balance Theory (2026).
