This book is real satire, paired with a touch of thoughtfulness. It reflects the author's 20 years of professional experience as a specialist and manager in the headquarters of German financial institutions and their medium-sized IT subsidiaries and provides insights that not everyone is likely to know.
The excesses of today's working world are critically examined and the bizarre aspects of everyday office life are reflected. A working world that is much less factual than one might think, but is characterized above all by cost cutting, whitewashing, power games, personal incompetence and networks. The book illustrates in 50 episodes on 300 pages what can happen in the lion cage company. It stimulates thought, offers help in assessing why companies act the way they do and gives tips on how to set the right direction for your career.Ein neues Kapitel für Ihre Bücher
