Drowned Country Greenhollow Duology, 2

Not sure how Emily Tesh did it, but this was even better than the first. (Or, well, it's impossible to pick a favorite, because one can't exist without the other). I'm so happy this turned into a "case of the week" kind of story and wish there would be a whole series of Henry's, Mr. Finch's & Ms. Silver's adventures. Getting Henry's perspective in this book made the whimsical tale so much grander and gave a little more insight into their relationship—which isn't exactly great in the beginning of the book. I was rooting so so hard for them to find a solution to their problems and was at the edge of my seat until the very last sentence. Such an atmospheric, fantastical duology with the softest, queer romance at its heart. The highest of recommendations!
