Perfect Valentine´s Day read
Emilie has the perfect Valentine´s Day planned, everything´s going to be so romantic, or so she thinks! In reality, everything goes horribly wrong and all she wants is to never think about this day again. Unfortunately, the universe has different plans and suddenly Emilie finds herself re-living February 14th over and over again. Such a cute and feel-good rom-com! I loved every last bit of Emilie and Nick. I don´t usually like the time-slip trope but this was really fun and I loved the concept. Quick, fun and lovely read that makes the perfect pick for the day of love. -

More like 3,5 star-ish
Lynn Painters YA novels just hit different. I love the Taylor Swift and other popculture references. It's a feel good story with many deep thoughts and themes, but this time, there's something missing. Emilie declares one of the many Valentines Days as a "Day Of No Consequences", so she behaves like she wouldn't normally do, but the others just accept her anormal behavior, even encourage her, and don't talk about her doing. So no consequences — really. Mhm. But all in all, a quick, nice, feelgood romcom with little flaws :)
