The canadian Rocky Mountains, A farm and Cowboys!

For all the big Elsie Silver Fans out there! Cowboy romances are my guilty pleasure and this one was a solid one. The main protagonist Cecily is leaving her old life and abusive husband in suburban Vancouver and ends up on the beautiful Wells Ranch. There she meets her grumpy boss Austin Wells... I mostly enjoyed the authentic setting and the actual farm life that was portrayed. Altough this book was a little bit too spicy for me, I very much enjoyed the mystery and suspense storyline in this novel. Overall this was a quick read. Nothing special but something I very much enjoyed on a slow weekend.
