Dass Buch bekommt eine ganz klare Leseempfehlung! Es ist so herzlich geschrieben und trotz der Wärme, die man die ganze Zeit spürt, haben die Figuren sehr viel Tiefe. Der Schreibstil hat einen lockeren, unterhaltenden Ton, wirkt aber nicht belanglos, weil auch schwere Themen angesprochen werden. Die Charaktere sind authentisch und sehr, sehr nahbar. Ich fand es eine sehr schöne Abwechslung, dass hier mal nicht "Enemies To Lovers" bedient wird. Die Entwicklung zwischen den Protagonisten ist schlicht herzerwärmend und zuckersüß. Beide haben ihre Päckchen zu tragen und bringen trotzdem so viel Leichtigkeit in die Welt. Es ist eine sehr gelungene Balance zwischen Humor und Ernst. Eine der besten Geschichten, die ich in diesem Jahr gelesen habe.

'For whom the Belle tolls' is the absolute perfect beginning to Lilly's, Bele's and Sharkie's story in the afterlife! It tells the love story between the soul Lilly and the demon prince Bleth, it covers their absolute banter as well as their difficulties being two entirely different species and all. During their story Lilly adopts the little child soul of Sharkie, which had endured too much suffering in their short little life. 'For whom the Belle tolls' is not your typical fantasy romance book, it's so much more. It really deals with complicated topics as child abuse, religious trauma, ptsd and so much more, but in a way that resonates with you as a reader. It is an absolutely brilliantly written novel for all fans of wholesome fantasy, found family and of course her Tik Tok series Hells bells.

Everything I wanted and more

The world building is incredible, the romance is swoon worthy. It has great found family with the potential for more ;) If you have seen the TikTok’s beforehand doesn’t really matter, the book on its own is a well developed story and definitely worth the hype. I loved every second!
