• workplace romance • omegaverse / alpha-omega relationship / wolf shifter • grumpy x sunshine • forced proximity • small town • pretective meets feisty • "The Fake Mate" sequel, but can be read as a standalone || well, I love a good omegaverse novel, but this wasn't it. While the first 50% had me hooked, giggling, tapping my feet, the last 50% were just ... knotting. :D we jumped through so many spicy scenes, it basically felt like just one. If you're into it, this one is for you, but sadly, it wasn't for me. Nonetheless, I had a great time, it was a nice read, but it will fade into the grey.
