Short but Mighty
I haven't read anything by this author for a long time and I am still fascinated by how many emotions I feel even with this short story. Madeline Miller has a special way with words that makes me think I'd even enjoy reading her grocery list. It's definitely dark, so I would check the trigger warnings, but it's still a great read. -

Short but Powerful
Madeline Miller did it again! This modern Greek mythology retelling is perfected with a feminist twist. Miller gives voice to the otherwise silent character of Galatea. Although this story is so short, it holds a lot of power and feminist thought! -

Madeline Miller beweist wieder einmal warum sie eine meiner liebsten Autorinnen ist. Galatea erzählt von einer Frau, einst eine Skulptur aus Marmor, die aus den Fängen ihres Erschaffers und Mannes ausbrechen möchte. Sehr lesenswert!! -
