• the second installment of the naturals series • young adult • mystery thriller || the writing style is so easy and addicting, the plot is better than in the first novel, but I smelled the plottwist coming from hundreds of pages away. It is fast paced and interesting, but I will most likely forget most of the plot in like a week - sadly so.... plus I wanted to hug Dean like all the time -

While I enjoyed the murder mystery, I couldn't bring myself to care about the teenage romance b-plot. I did like the overall progression of the group dynamic. I just have to know the answers to the overarching investigation, so I'll definetly keep reading this series. -

Innerhalb wenigen Tagen verschlungen. Der Lesefluss ist unglaublich gut. Man mag das Buch garnicht aus der Hand legen. Jennifer Lyn Barnes versteht es den Leser auf Trab zu halten und endlose Möglichkeiten zu spekulieren. Man denkt man weiß wer der Culprit ist aber nein, dann kommt doch alles anders. Bis zum Ende hin spannend. Eine definitive Empfehlung.
