magical in its simplicity
This story of a developing relationship told in a collection of little scenes and single-page comic strips literally had me giggling and kicking my feet; it was just too darn cute and funny! Even in its archetypal concept of a vampire and a werewolf falling in love, Andersen makes these characters feel original, yet relatable, and like real people with larger lives. I'm going to reread this every Halloween! -
