Die chemistry zwischen Paedyn und Kai ist wirklich einzigartig, ich habe den spice wirklich nicht gebraucht und fand es sogar im Gegenteil besser, dass das Buch sich mehr auf die Gefühle der beiden konzentriert hat. Fand nur leider die Spielkonzepte etwas langweilig, der plottwist am Ende hat mich aber sofort wieder abgeholt und ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten band! ❤️❤️

I read a lot of Enemies to Lovers Books and this was the best of all so far. The writing of Lauren Roberts in this Book is so GOOD, even me as a german student could unterstand everything. Anyways, the tension between Kai and Paedyn was the best. I got butterflys in my stomach, for real.:)) I just want to say, even when the beginning of the book is hard for you to understand,trust the process, because it will be worth it. (Of course, it is your decision)✨

I read a lot of Enemies to Lovers Books and this was the best of all so far. The writing of Lauren Roberts in this Book is so GOOD, even me as a german student could unterstand everything. Anyways, the tension between Kai and Paedyn was the best. Slowburn Romantasy im "Tribute von Panem" Stil. Leider etwas flaches Worldbuilding aber trotzdem ein tolles Buch. Wer Romantasybücher mit starker Protagonistin und vor allem OHNE Spice sucht, macht hiermit alles richtig. Die Spannung zwischen Paedyn und Kai konnte man durch die Seiten regelrecht anfassen. Toller Auftakt, der Lust auf mehr macht und definitiv Potenzial hat.
