As someone who's got a "the first 100 pages of a book have to overwhelm me otherwise I'll put it down and won't find the motivation to pick it back up again" rule it was a little hard to get through the first 100 pages. Not because of the writing but because of the content. Fortunately, it soon picked up (as a friend of mine had promised) and I fell in love with it quick and hard. I laughed, I cried, I cringed. It wasn't what I expected at all, but it wasn't disappointing. It was insightful and emotional and funny and feminist all at once. I wish I could convince all my friends to read it, so they'd know how much I truly love them.

Eines der besten Bücher die ich letztes Jahr gelesen habe, dass es definitiv in meine top 10 geshafft hat. Ich bin keine emotionale Person, aber dieses Buch hat mich öfter zum Weinen gebracht als meine Uni Noten. Das Kapitel "Florence" hat mir selbst in einer sehr schweren Zeit geholfen und Hoffnunf gemacht. Ich habe das Buch auch schon an meine beste Freundin weiter gegeben und sie war auch begeistert davon. Ein Buch das jede Anfang-zwanzig-jährige gelesen haben sollte. Es es rückt viele Dinge in eine andere Perspektive.
