In an era where the Targaryen dynasty still controlled the Iron Throne. Memories of the last dragons are alive in people's minds. We meet a naive but brave wandering knight. Ser Dotkin the Tall rises above his opponents with his tall stature, but he still lacks much experience, and in his adventures here and there he is accompanied by his diminutive companion, Eg, who must hide his true identity, for he is in fact Prince Aegon Targaryen, and one day
He will become king.
In the three short novels included in this book, George R. R. Martin takes us to places in Westeros that we have never visited, where we meet historical figures that we only read about in A Song of Ice and Fire - influential figures who will play prominent roles in the tales of Dunk Wagg, and in the future of the kingdoms. The seven.

A surprisingly heartwarming journey through Westeros
A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is an absolute delight that showcases a surprisingly tender and hopeful side of the famous fantasy universe, which is set nearly a century before the events of A Song of Ice and Fire. What makes this book a great read is its intimate scale. Instead of focusing on massive, world-ending wars and dozens of complex political factions, Martin zooms in on a genuinely touching, character-driven adventure. The relationship between Dunk and Egg is the absolute beating heart of the story. The tone is refreshingly lighter and yet it never loses that signature gritty realism that makes Westeros feel so wonderfully lived-in. Whether you are a hardcore fan looking for rich Targaryen lore or a newcomer wanting a fantastic fantasy adventure without the heavy commitment of a massive epic, this is a beautifully crafted, highly entertaining read! -

Can you not get enough of A Song of Ice and Fire?
Well, here's something to tide you over until the Dream of Spring is finally published. The story follows Ser Duncan and Egg on their adventures well before the Starks, Lannisters and Baratheons clashed in a Game of Thrones. The stories are both great in their own right, but also serves to expand on the world and history of Westeros.
