All I can say after reading this book is that I’m utterly and truly enamoured by it. The story of the boy and his companions, the distinctive dynamic between them, their heartfelt conversations, as well as the leitmotifs, such as friendship, courage, self-acceptance, and compassion, which keep recurring throughout the story to further enforce its central themes, turn this book into a heartwarming and thought-provoking piece of art. Every word is mastefully placed, every syntax geniously crafted. Each stroke of the brush finds its mark, creating stunningly beautiful illustrations that absolutely shine in their simplicity.
